I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uptime.com (Valencia, Valencian Community) in Sept 2024
Interview
After applying through LinkedIn, they send you a typical email and give you lots of tips on how you can help them do the interview so that it goes smoothly, since they only have 30 minutes.
In the interview with the recruiter, there was a good feeling on both sides, but I didn't get through to the technical test.
It's quite ironic, after 9 years of experience in the frontend, they ask you for some fairly easy entry requirements, it's an attractive product, a good salary, and you do a good interview, but they reject you saying:
"Thank you for participating, but since there are a lot of people, we can't give you feedback, blah blah blah blah."
At least what I've learned is to update my CV properly, nothing more.

Question 1
Could you describe to me, following the STAR model, an experience that was very positive for you?
