I was initially contacted by HR on LinkedIn regarding an opportunity, and it was mentioned that there would be two rounds of interviews. Only the first round was scheduled.
During the first interview, the interviewer was extremely restrictive. He shared the problem statement and expected me to complete it within 45 minutes, but this time constraint was not communicated at the start of the interview.
Throughout the session, there was no interaction, feedback, clarification, or follow-up questions. The interviewer remained silent for most of the time, appearing disengaged.
Around the 50-minute mark, he mentioned that the problem should have been completed within 45 minutes and stated that we had exceeded the allotted time, after which the call was ended.
