Smooth interview process with a recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, team interview and final round with the director. Many questions for behavioral with a focus on how you ramp up on learning new systems, and what your working style is like. The whole process took about 1.5 months with the recruiter providing updates every 1-2 weeks between each interview, so I was kept in the loop.

Interview
I had three rounds of interviews, First interview was with HR to see if the fit was right. Pretty basic. Second interview was with a manager (who I'd report to) which was a knowledgeable discussion, Third, was with the team I'd be working with. Different level engineers and another manager. They all quickly introduced themselves and all took turns asking questions. It took a full hour, They oddly didn't ask about my background experience at the beginning of the interview. I was told I'd receive a phone call by the end of the week and never did. This company completely ghosts people and it's very unprofessional. They should take in consideration candidates take hours out of their lives to interview for their company and deserve more respect.

Question 1
The questions were mostly behavior questions. Many questions in the 3rd interview repeated and worded differently. Some questions I already answered early in the interview and they still asked me again which didn't make sense.
