Though we are actively looking to build diversity on our team (e.g. we have taken steps to ensure there isn’t unconscious bias in our hiring process, we use objective scoring methods, scripted questions, and demonstrable job-related tests while also looking for opportunities to hire people who add diversity to our teams) we know that we can always continue to improve.
