I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UpSkill Digital (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
The process was a bit scattered, the first interview came across really fast, the second required chasing on my end. It was a two stage process people didn't seem professional though followed by the offer.
However, the whole process made me not to trust - the interviewers didn't seem very professional or capable, esp. not when looking at their titles. However, they were very nice and it looked like the company was insanely busy which is always a red flag.

Interview
I saw that the reviews were terrible and I thought I should give them a chance as perhaps they have learned from their mistakes and started improving the culture and professionalism. I was wrong. I joined the meeting and waited for 10 minutes, nobody showed up. I later got an email saying that they were there and I wasn't. A joke really, do avoid.

Interview
The first interview took place with the Operations Director. I was told whilst on the interview that I would be moved onto the second round. Then radio silence for 10 days. I finally get a date for the second interview but due to the sheer disorganization of how the company is run, I was asked to do a video answering a set of questions the day before the interview (see my point around messy communication?!).
You have probably guessed what happened next based on the other comments on Glassdoor. No response...
To be fair, I basically used the second interview to hone my interview skills for the other roles I was juggling so not a complete waste of my time.
On a separate note, as the company is so new and it seems like the junior team needs a lot of hand-holding I suspect that there are a lot of mistakes happening which is causing finances to become leaky.
The moral of the story - don't waste your time.
