There are two rounds of interviews - the first round is a telephonic interview wherein basic questions regarding the candidate's background are asked while testing their passion for fundraising and communication skills, and the second round is a field visit wherein the candidate is expected to meet the designated manager/TL on the field along with the team to understand the job roles better.

I was referred by a current employee and they scheduled a zoom meeting. The interview was very relaxed and casual and they mostly wanted to see me talk and see how confident I was. then there was a second round of interview at the sight which I could watch what they do and see if I could do it. They also asked me a few questions to see how I think and handle situations.

Placed in a room with others and interviewed as a group. Mostly room of young people and students. General questions asked about previous experience and soft skills that you may or may not have.
