Interview
I was interviewed by 3 people, the whole process took about 2 hours with some breaks in between. The process was fairly easy, they asked about my experience and how I would handle certain situations.

Question 1
What methods have you used to calm down a frustrated client?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Unpakt (New York, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
This company seems like it is falling apart. I interviewed with them recently and mildly regret even doing so. First off, their offices are off of 25th st and 11th Ave which is unreasonably far away from any normal transportation. Secondly they “share” office space with FlatRate and by share I mean the maybe 5 employees at Unpakt were crammed into 2 small rooms. Thirdly, the whole interview process was unorganized and odd. The first person I interviewed with was the CEO of FlatRate (which I thought was weird). Then I waited… and waited… and waited to be interviewed by the CEO of Unpakt who seemed a bit jumpy and unorganized. I haven’t received an offer yet but I also don’t plan to accept one.
Their offices are far away (I can’t imagine having to walk there in freezing weather, rain or on a blistering hot summer day), the office space for the staff is laughable, and the staff management seems unorganized. There are hundreds of other startups in New York, I’d much rather work somewhere else.
