Interview
The hiring process began with an application I filled out for the online job board. After filling it out and sending it, the employer responded promptly and asked for an interview. During the interview, the interviewer asked for details of my previous/current job experiences, telling more about the position I applied for as well. Then, I was given a tour of the facilities and I met some of my soon-to-be fellow employees. All-in-all a very pleasant experience.

Meeting with the PI to talk about general interest in the lab and HR in person to ask screening questions and determine pay details - Screening questions via email or phone call.
