Interview
Kind of a long process, as my home department and the department where I teach are different. The interview with the professor took about 30-45 minutes. It mostly consisted of her telling me about the course and then she asked a few questions about me and my experiencing with the subject and with teaching.
No interview, it is part of the work that you have to do being a Graduate Student. You will have some choice and will be assigned to one depending on demand
