There were two interviews. The first one was a one-on-one where they asked regular interview questions and asked what position you were interested and why. I moved on to the next step which was a group interview. This is to see how you work with others. We designed our own theme park and presented it, and then we looked at a Lego structure and worked as a team to replicate it. Then afterwards you are offered a few positions.

Heard back within 2 weeks of my application, straightforward interview process. They ask you about your customer service experience and if you’re comfortable working on your feet outside. Very friendly folks at the Talent Office. The hardest part was all the paperwork after accepting the offer, but they walk you through all of it and answer questions along the way.
