Applied online. Had a fairly short interview (3-5 min). The interviewer was warm and welcoming and made the process easy. Scheduled a next interview at with the restaurant. I had no previous experience so he offered the next interview in the park.

Applied, received a call for an interview the same day & was hired on the spot. After the it took about 2 weeks before my first orientation day. 2 orientation days then training shifts.
