Got a phone call to come for an interview, in which i got asked the basic questions plus a typing skills test. it was a one on one interview. Quick and straight to the point. After the interview i got a call back to come for Orientation, which was an all day training. and it was 3 days long. During these orientation sessions i learned everything about the company, my position, and all the details needed to start working. best part was that they paid you for it!
