Interview
Straight-forward, quick thinking and direct. Semi-formal, but a simple conversation at the same time. Intriguing questions and thought producing. Definitely one of the more interesting interviews i have done. Would definitely apply for another role if the chance was given.

Give me a time where you were running late on a project which you knew would finish late & how did you deal with it?
Primeiro é feita a triagem pelo RH, depois individual com cada gerente de área e possivelmente com o Diretor, para cargos de Head a entrevista também passa pelo Presidente da Cia. No geral são feitas perguntas específicas e sobre o mercado musical.

Interview
The process was very structured, with a single point of contact throughout, though a new person stepped in at the offer stage. I had two interview rounds before getting an offer, with additional phone calls from HR throughout the process.

Was a pretty straight forward interview process. No trick questions, felt like it was an open and honest conversation between two parties. Most of the questions were about my experience within the industry.
