Interview process took place in no time after submitting application. Met with HR and nursing supervisor and on the same visit met with the clinical directors for each floor at one table. Was asked a few questions and told about each floor.

Speed Interview, meet with different managers and interview with each of them for about 5-10mins. They ask both different and similar questions. And I believe the interview process took about 45 mins to an hour in a half.

It was a 5 panel interview process where you speak to 5 different managers throughout different related areas to the job you're interviewing for and spend about 5-7 minutes with each of them answering several questions, one of managers asked 2 situational questions (not hard).
