Universal Granite & Marble interview questions

Went in for interview for receptionist position. Was told within five minutes of interview that they had already hired someone, and after a bit of time I was told that another position would be available at a later date. My interviewer took phone calls multiple times throughout the interview and composed a few emails during the time I was there, and clearly did no research into any previous positions/companies that I had worked for.

Had a phone interview asked about my experience with sales. Met with lead sales person in the Milwaukee office. They said I would hear from them within a week and I had to follow up myself as they didn't contact me.
