HR will do a phone interview first. Second interview will be onsite with the manager and HR. Second interview involves only questions. No tests or exams done. If the company is interested to hire you, they will send a background check request.

Here's the process I went through.
1) Phone screen with HR - basic background questions
2) Separate phone interviews with hiring manager and peers - easy going and good opportunity to share work history and ask questions.
3) On-site interviews with hiring manager and peers - Again, good opportunity to see if opportunity was good fit for both sides.

Question 1
Questions were mainly about my work history and the plan for the positions going forward to see if experience and goals were aligned. Typical interview questions about how to handle situations were asked as well. Nothing difficult.
