It was very friendly. Also had a chat with the team. The process was very smooth and easygoing. They seem to care about you as an employee and as a member of the team (they want someone who will get on well with the rest of the team).

Fairly straightforward and quick process compared to other data analyst roles. Submitted my application via LinkedIn and was invited to an interview with a presentation / data analyst case study. This was presented to two senior members of staff, the COO and one of the Lead Analysts. It felt like a fairly relaxed, chilled, comfortable experience. While some of the questions were more difficult than others, it was a very pleasant experience and I was asked to explain some of my rationale and reasoning. Some of it wasn't correct but this must have been deemed acceptable. This was followed immediately but a 'Meet the Team' session which featured a group of potential colleagues in a very casual Teams Meeting.
