I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UnitedHealthcare in May 2022
Interview
Thorough and comprehensive interview process meeting with both operational leadership as well as business colleagues. Found the process to be a bit longer than expected, but recruiter kept me informed throughout.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at UnitedHealthcare (Eden Prairie, MN)
Interview
Got two random calls back to back on a Friday at 4pm. No scheduled call. After verifying it was a recruiter for an interview for a role I applied for. I mentioned I could not speak because I was at a wedding. The recruiter mentioned it was quick and just needed to ask 3 questions. I was forced to proceed, after the 3 questions. I asked if we could schedule a proper call and they said yes. I blocked my calendar for that day and made arrangements for child care picked up. The recruiter never called and never sent a confirmation. I got a position no longer available system message the next day. If this is how they treat you at the start, can you imagine how they treat you working there?
