Initial phone screening to basically figure out who needs to be expunged from the list before moving onto the more legit interviews. Pretty uneventful. This is a start up company so experiences and professionalism is very limited. I had asked a simply question at the end because I was concern about this being a startup company and the answer from the interviewer was...."You can go Google it."
