Interview
The interview process was a mess. I participated in three rounds of interviews. The final two interviews were both scheduled the day before, which meant that I had to rearrange my entire day on less than 24 hours notice. Each time I was told "this is really the only chance for you to speak with the panel." After the third and final interview, I was told I'd hear a decision either way within two weeks. I never heard back. I actually followed up twice with the hiring manager to politely ask if I was still under consideration. Not a word. It felt very disrespectful of my time.

Pretty standard questions - why are you interested in this role, what experience do you have, etc.
Time was set up - arrived early to fill out paperwork and had interview for about 45 minutes. Questions were standard. Interviewed with 2 employees. Heard back within 2 weeks.

Interview
Great team of interviewers. Thoughtful questions and dialogue - Explain your experience as it relates to the position. Ask questions of the organization to better understand their needs. Talk about the changes you made in previous jobs and how you would handle the first 3 months. How you would engage your team and employees. Highlight the successes and the challenges you have faced in prevous positions.
