No need of interviewing process for this position. The tax site, however, is a joke in this area. We had around 10 people up and read to do returns for ANYONE that walks in. But I was there for 2 volunteer days and only 2 customers that actually showed up for the whole 4 hours that we were there help people with preparing their tax returns!
