I recently had the opportunity to interview for the Energy Consultant position at United Power Group, which I found listed on Indeed. The interview took place on the 25th of October 2023, and I want to share my thoughts and experiences. Overall Impressions: Overall, I found the interview experience with United Power Group to be quite positive. From the initial contact to the final handshake, the process was smooth and well-organized. The professionalism and friendliness of the interviewers left a lasting impression on me. Interview Format: The interview consisted of two rounds. The first round was a technical assessment conducted via a phone call, followed by an onsite interview that included both technical and behavioral questions. The mix of interview formats allowed me to showcase both my technical skills and my ability to communicate effectively.
