I applied online. Was contacted via email and offered a phone interview. I was actually interviewed by an outgoing intern, who spent 6 month in the office. The interview was not a complicated one. After I accepted the offer, I learned that despite the fact an intern did the interviews, the decision was made by the head of the UNU office in New York.
