Interview
There is a written test , then the person is shortlisted for the competency-based interview. Also, there is an online job application form job to collect database on work experience, education etc. Also, before on boarding a medical is required.

it was very good and interesting. They asked about specific issues in the region and how i would deal with adversity. They also asked why I wanted the position. They asked me about a challenging situation and how I dealt with it.

A very long long process, communication was almost in existent, I accepted another job interview bc UN processes are very long and HR communication is very poor. The interview was very short, 25 minutes
