The interview process was pretty basic. GM and 2nd in command interviewed me first, then I was brought back for a second interview during which the GM and President/CEO interviewed me and I went out to lunch with the entire staff afterwards. The GM then offered me the position but due to a disability, later recanted the offer with no further explanation.
