A recorded video interview with online questions. Very unpersonal and difficult to relax into. No feedback after submitting video, had to assume I didn't make the cut. Poor communication. Got two attempts of recording answers with a time limit. It felt more like an audition for an acting job than an interview. I feel like a phone call would have achieved much more.
