Due to me not being in the city that I was applying for a job in I had an initial phone interview, which was very relaxed and short. I then went to the Sydney office to meeting some of the management and talk about the way Unispace works and how I would fit into the company in the city I was moving to. After that interview I had a third phone interview with three of the directors.
