Unison Resource interview questions

I first applied for another position, was given an interview but was turned down because they believed I would have been bored in that area. About 2 months later, I was called saying they had a new position that they thought I would be great for. I came in again for another interview, and was given that position before the week had ended. With both times, I had a phone interview first and then came in to the location and had a panel style face to face interview.
