I interviewed with a panel of six people, in which they each asked one question. They were all fairly laid back, aside from one of the employees that didn't acknowledge me until it was her turn to ask a question. They all worked in supply chain and explained what I would be assisting with.

Was contacted during my career fair with a simple interview after. Then was flown out to Omaha and went through a day of 5 Panel Interviews which was pretty repetitive. Union Pacific has a great building and company.
