Very easy interview, offered me a job on the spot. Handed me a giant packet of paperwork, including a 5 page application, I9, W4 and concent forms for a background and drug test. I got it all filled out and came back the next day to turn it in, and there was nobody in the office. Tried for days to call multiple different numbers i had and couldn't get in contact with anyone.
