Union County Public Schools interview questions

I was invited to a job fair shortly after applying. The first phase of my interviewing process was screening with basic interview questions. After completing this process, I interviewed with the head of the department and training team. They asked more job-specific questions. The whole experience was very pleasant.

Easy, no surprises. Nice people who seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. There was a panel of people who each asked separate questions. I think this was a rated and rubric interview. Did not get the job because it was earmarked for someone else.
