Interview
Very comfortable meeting with the recruiter to hear more details about my background. Walked through education and prior work experience in detail and asked how background was a fit for Union Bank. Asked how I would make up for areas in which my experience wasn't as deep. Straight forward, honest interview...if I wasn't qualified for a position, the recruiter was honest and provided honest feedback. Knew where I stood at all times.
