Efficient and very specific. Interviewers wanted to know about specific processes and previous production. Questions were asked to see if experience and style aligned with Union Banks Private Banking model. Constant feedback was provided and recruiter continuously kept me in the know regarding next steps and tasks. Very efficient from beginning to end.
