Unified Implementation Project Manager interview questions

Following the online assessment, I received a call from the recruiter. Within a day I connected with the hiring manager, and within a day or two following that came back in for two more rounds with the senior management team. The process moved quickly and overall I must've been on site both days for a total of 1.5 hours. I felt the interviews were structured well and the people (even the senior management team) was really easy to talk to. The questions were meant to assess my current skills and also what I wanted to do in the future. I received an offer letter the day after my final interview. Not sure how common this is, but this was my experience.
