* Very simple process
* Direct face to face rounds are there , no GD no written tests are taken
* Maximum 2 rounds are there for the interviews
* But management is very choosy.

Interview
There was only one communication from employer before the interview. A resume was asked for and then a few questions were asked. I was asked if I was married even though it is illegal to ask that question. I was then told about the position and how the position was to grow in the next year.
