I applied online. Feedback after 2 weeks. Then Classical Interview process. Group interview with 8-10 people, then individual interview with a panel of senior manager of the bank. Generic and technical questions.

Annoying questions, repeated questions, easy questions treated as most valuable things on Earth, pushing off your limits of patience. Questions as like how much you will sell, tell me numbers, which clients are will come with you, why, are you sure? If not, I will fire you, are you ok with that? Over all, a very difficult interview.

2 days of interviews and tests: 100written theoretical questions, 2 hours for a budget exercise- building a branch budget, 2 role plays, interview with the HR, an exercise - in the basket: urgent and important task- how to deal with them.
