Interview
First interview was through online database, hirevue. Very simple questions, why under armour, what makes you qualified, etc. The questions are posed from an Under Armour employee on a video, you then answer it through your own video. There is time to practice questions before hand but you only get one chance with each question for the actual interview.
HireVue - a video interview where the questions are pre-recorded & then you answer shortly after. You have about 5 questions you go through before the interview is over

Interview
It was very long. A lot of waiting to hear back after online interview. After about 1-2 months post interview they emailed me telling me I did not get the internship.

Online application. Web interview, around 6 question, last around 45 minutes. Most of them are common behavior question. Overall it was a great experience. It's been a while but I did not receive any response yet.
