I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Under Armour
Interview
Management interviews usually consists of a 2 to 3 step process. Usually you're first interview with the store manager for that location and then move on to either a phone interview or face to face interview with the DM for that district. Higher level management with then have an interview with the regional director. Big fan of brand appropriate people, don't have to be athletic but at least look the part. Come to the interview wearing UA apparel.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Under Armour (Orlando, FL) in Sept 2018
Interview
Took 1-2 weeks. Phone call to set up in person interview with Store Manager, then phone interview with District Manager. Day after I got the job offer letter. Pay was much lower than listed on here and not negotiable.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Under Armour (Woodstock, GA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Initially contacted by SM for in person interview. Questions pretty basic in relation to other manager interviews I have had. She was following a guideline used by the company. Passed SM interview and was told I would be contacted by the DM for a second interview, this was conducted as a phone interview. DM interview was much less formal, more conversational. Asked about my background, experiences and best practices. Why I thought I would be successful in this role etc. Some questions were asked both by SM and DM, I feel like this was to confirm consistency in answers given.
