Interview
I quickly got a response to an application put in, the Senior Assistant Manager led the interview and was extremely personable and comforting. It was one-on-one, then a MIT joined to watch how the interviewing process went. Both were focused on the conversation and getting to know me rather than just getting simple answers.

When was a time that you had to work as a part of a team?
Went to the back room and sat down with the store manager where he proceeded to ask you the basic interview questions. He then asked me about my hobbies and we clicked on one thing. I then proceeded to try to make the rest of the interview as much about that as possible.

I see you just graduated college why are you applying here for a retail job?
It was really nice and the HR and the manager were really friendly. This was few years back. The team were all really nice and friendly too! Worked as a pt hence it was shift hours. super chill and fun
Very general basic experience questions such as “describe and experience where you…” as well as working with others and customers. Simple interview nothing to stress about at all as long as you go in and be yourself.
