The first stage consisted of an online application where you submitted your resume. If you make it past that round you will be asked to answer some questions in video format. The question will be asked and you will have some time to prepare an answer. After the time is up you will record your answers to the questions. Questions are behavioral, why Under Armour, dealing with adversity, etc.

It was very long. A lot of waiting to hear back after online interview. After about 1-2 months post interview they emailed me telling me I did not get the internship.
