The interview process began with a telephone interview, where I was asked about my motivations for applying, my understanding of the role, and some competency-based questions. It lasted around 30 minutes and focused heavily on communication skills and how I’ve handled situations in the past.
After passing the telephone stage, I was invited to an assessment centre. This part was more intensive and included a mix of individual and group exercises. I took part in a group discussion where we had to solve a problem collaboratively, a short presentation, and a role-play scenario. There was also a one-on-one interview that focused more on my technical knowledge and how I approach problem-solving.
