Relaxed with questions focusing on retail beauty experience, confidence dealing with conflicts, and desire to learn products. Willingness to sell credit cards to customers. Supervisor was straightforward in her questions and mostly asked about my retail beauty background.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
