In the event that you make it past the initial phone call part of the job application process, be sure to notify them if you are willing or able to work early hours as those are normally the tasking shifts that need coverage and it is a great way to get your foot in the door!
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
