Interview
I thought the online application process was very easy. I personally had one interview day where I spoke with multiple managers. We set up a time over the phone and I first interviewed with one manager. I then interviewed with a second manager. I was hired on the spot at two different locations.
Applied on their website. Called me in for an interview right away. Pretty straight forward questions. No trick questions. Mostly about skills and how I was interested in the beauty industry. Called back about a week later for an offer. Accepted.

Interview
It was easy going and they were really nice. I found the interviewer to be really personable and someone who I would enjoy working with. Answers were not too difficult to answer, pretty average questions.
the interview was good, the manager was nice and the workers too ! ask me basic questions but I did not get the job due to conflicting schedules with school, but definitely seems worth it!
