Applied in August, recruitment timeline lasted until December... 2 "initial" zoom interviews with HR separate months apart, neither had any variation from one another. Another month later an interview occurred on their campus. I am a college student and was forced to miss class to make this. Other peers who were in similar situations were provided with transportation assistance, but not Uline! The on-campus interview consisted of 3 parts, HR, Business Analytics team lead, and his supervisor. All interviews were fine, but my issue is with afterwards. I was told one other candidate was interviewing the week after, and they would have an answer shortly after. However, 3 weeks later I had heard nothing. So I reached out and they said they would have an answer soon (This is in mid-early November). In early DECEMBER I received an email saying my profile was being sent to review, which was the final step. 2 weeks later I was given a rejection email from a no-reply email. It was the best rejection I could have ever hoped for.
