Had to do a bunch of questionnaires then interview with someone. Seems like it’s a regirious process and from what I’ve heard very hard to get into. I also didn’t like that it was like a job fair I was under the impression it was an interview but they just have tons of people come in for group interviews.

The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.

2. finding the pattern
Then moved on to one of one interviews from different functions of the business.
