Don’t go, just a process to waste your time, I Being told to come around 10 am for interview, then I had to wait sometime, then they came up with two assessments , it’s easy task but only 4 minutes each. One was match the numbers and make tick marks and 2nd one was fill the sequence numbers like 1,2,3,4, what’s the next two numbers, once done with this process they will take you a interview, a guy with red shirt, don’t even know how to greet the candidate, interview took like 5 minutes, he ask me where I live and how long it takes to be here, Milton from Guelph. Ask me about my job , also my current salary. That’s it but when I ask him a few questions like their culture , organizational structure and their expectations about the the role , he started sweating and I could feel, his words are not in order, I felt like I had more interview experience than him in asking questions. by the way i applied for warehouse supervisor and I didn’t get offer but interesting thing is they said in the email, I applied for warehouse manager, what a disappointment . Hr team and their interview process it’s time to change it, one more thing there was a candidate came around 10:05am instead of 10 they closed the door by 10, so be there on time

I applied for a specific position yet they put me with everybody else that was at the job fair. Interview was easy but the interview process takes wayy too long. 2 assessments which are also timed and then somebody else comes and does your interview.
