Interview
The interviewing process is a bit tedious. You are invited in for the first interview; which is with an HR rep. Before the interview begins you take two numbers tests and you only have four minutes to complete each…really?? Afterwards, the interview begins. The questions you are asked are prescreening questions that should really be asked over the phone to avoid wasting the time of someone that is already employed. I should not have to take a half of day off my current job, travel to Uline and sit through a 10-20 minute prescreen.
What you would think. Fair questions were asked; however, recruiter was very unwelcoming, stuck up, and had the attitude that they were better than you. Although I didn't go further than the first interview, I didn't care at all. The last thing I wanted was to keep in contact with a company who puts this person at the front of their recruitment process. Thanks but no thanks!!

I applied through university. I interviewed at Uline
Interview
Very thorough interview process including testing and multiple rounds. Interviewers were directly from the purchasing department and had interest in both skill level and personality type. Looking for a particular type of person.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Nov 2015
Interview
Quick and simple. Had to do pre-test screenings before the interview which took a long time. They were pretty quick on getting back with a decision as to whether you got the job or not. But they said I was not qualified even though I met all the job requirements that were stated online.
