I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Uline in May 2008
Interview
The interview process was tedious and uncomfortable. I was told to arrive at the business, submit my resume, and wait to be interviewed. Due to a large turnout, we all were told to go home (without being interviewed), and someone would call us. In the end, no one called back. I tried to check my application status and was told that they did not know if I had an application on file or not. I was told to try back after 90 days.

Question 1
Describe you previous customer service experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Ontario, CA)
Interview
I interviewed for a management-in-training position. I was not told during the interview that I would be attending a job fair. The test they have you take is relatively easy, but seem pointless.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why Uline? What experience do you have specific to the position?
It was the weirdest interview process ever, felt very cult like. Started as a group thing and then went to a giant room one on one with someone. They seemed like the kind of company to truly think of people as numbers instead of human beings.
Brought into a room to do tests then if they like you you’ll do another interview with a few more tests. Very nice and pleasent though. Facilities are nice and welcoming and the staff was very friendly
