I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Aug 2013
Interview
Uline runs a weekly job fair. You are given an application to fill out and a junior HR person asks you about the questions you answered on the application. They thank you and you leave.
1 week later you get an email telling you the job has been filled. Thank you for your interest.
what nobody tells you is that Uline is a business full dress up company, suit and tie for men and skirt, dresses and heels for women. Don't even walk in door without your uniform on. The position continues to be listed on their careers website for the last 2 years.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They didn't ask any questions pertaining to job or work experience. The interview process seemed more of a skill and compensation survey.
